Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. There are no fees, subscriptions or commission for breweries or pubs. We may offer optional extras for breweries in future, but listing beer and sending order requests will stay free.
How do payment and delivery work?
Exactly as they do now. An order request is an email from the pub to the brewery. The brewery replies to confirm what they can supply, then invoices and delivers in their usual way. We're not part of the sale.
What's the difference between an order request and an order?
Nothing is confirmed until the brewery confirms it with you. Beer might have just sold out, or a price may need agreeing. The brewery can also mark each request as confirmed, partly available or unavailable so you can see where things stand.
Can pubs see prices?
Anyone can browse breweries and beers. Prices (ex VAT) are shown once you've signed in.
Which formats can breweries list?
Cask (firkin, pin, kilderkin, polypin), keg, KeyKeg, bag-in-box and cases of cans or bottles. Each beer can have several.
Which areas do you cover?
Anywhere in the UK. What a pub sees depends on which breweries deliver to its postcode, so coverage grows as local breweries join.
